So I thought we'd start by looking at what you actually get when the Mr Hyde NitroX arrives, we'll assess the packing, size and presentation of the tub.
This packaging looks very professional, it has embossing and metallic colours. Its main colours are black, white, silver and red. It is very easy to read, information is clear and on a white background. The lid is black with ProSupps logo debossed in.
A common complaint for many pre and post-workout supplements and products is the size of the packaging or the containers, making it difficult to store away.
The tub size of the Mr Hyde NitroX was ideal for the serving size, it isn't ridiculously big and isn't only half-full like some other pre-workouts.
It would be easy to store this tub, without losing a lot of space.

My Review of Mr Hyde NitroX Pre-Workout
Now we're going to get into my personal review of the Mr Hyde NitroX after a several uses. I'll break my review up into different sections: taste and mixability, energy and focus, overall effectiveness and include any side effects that may have occurred.
Taste and Mixability
As I mentioned right at the top of this review, I chose the Blue Razz Popsicle flavour, so if you get a different flavour I can't guarantee you'll have the same experiences as me.
But as for my Hyde NitroX, I can honestly say it tasted alright, it wasn't sickly or too sweet for me. It wasn't the best tasting pre-workout I've had but it certainly wasn't the worst.
It was drinkable, that's all that matters.
After stirring continuously for a couple of minutes, I was still left with quite a lot of residues. A lot of it floated but it just wouldn't mix.
Nevertheless, I still drank it okay and the residue didn't have a big effect on the texture. I kept swivelling the glass around whilst drinking it which may have helped.
Taste Rating: 6.5/10
Energy and Focus
I noticed an energy boost kick in shortly after my warm-up, this is when I felt ready for that session.
I became fully alert and focused on what I was doing. I was on a mission to lift heavier than before and so motivated to do so.
During the session I did reach some new personal bests and I enjoyed my workout.
I felt like I had pushed myself throughout the session and was ready to reach my goals.
Mr Hyde helped me with energy, increased my focus and endurance.
My workout lasted a little longer than normal and I wasn't as tired afterwards.
Energy & Focus Rating: 8.5/10
There are range of common side effects than can occur after taking a pre-work. Don't worry, I'm not talking about anything major like growing a third eye, but things like itchiness and a bit of tingling around your body.
After taking the Mr Hyde NitroX pre-workout I started getting itchy palms. This seems to be pretty normal for me as I have experienced it with most pre-workouts.
It is a temporary side effect of the beta-alanine and wears off during the workout.
I also got itchy ears with this pre-workout. Slightly off-putting but nothing too bad.
The itchiness on my ears wore off eventually too.
Overall Effectiveness and Final Rating
As I mentioned, the Mr Hyde NitroX was very beneficial for me. I felt more focused, I felt like my energy levels were higher than normal, and as a result I had a higher work rate than usual, I achieved goals that I had previously set and I set some new personal bests to beat in the future.
I didn't feel like I crashed at all during or after the workout and it didn't effect my sleep.
Overall Rating: 8.5/10
I felt the NitroX was very effective and because of that I'd give it an overall rating of 8.5 out of 10 and would definitely recommend the Mr Hyde NitroX to anyone looking to start using pre-workouts or those looking to use a new one.

Is the Mr Hyde NitroX a Good Pre-Workout?
Mr Hyde is definitely a pre-workout that will give you energy and alertness throughout your workout.
We all agreed that we felt an energy boost and became focussed after taking the supplement.
There seems to be a lot of hype around Mr Hyde, but personally, I see it as a good pre-workout.
I wouldn't say it was the best I've had but it was up there.
